About Us

Auburn Trails Alliance is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization, which incorporated in 2014. Our board is diverse and comprised of bike commuters, runners/hikers, and mountain bikers who enjoy Auburn area trails and dream of a safe and accessible City for active transportation.

WHAT WE DO

Auburn Bike Park

We are the proud non-profit sponsor of the Auburn Bike Park Project, a kid- and family-friendly bike park and pump track operated by the Auburn Area Recreation and Park District (ARD).  Auburn Bike Park offers riders of all ages an opportunity to improve their bike-handling skills on a dirt terrain, improving balance, coordination, and strength, all while building self-confidence and having fun!

Auburn Bike Month

Starting this year, we are launching Auburn Bike Month for our awesome active and bike loving town. Throughout the month of May, join us for in-person events and participate in various challenges to win prizes. Click HERE to explore our planned activities. We hope you’ll encourage friends and family to get outside and enjoy our beautiful town during one of the best months of the year.

Auburn Bike Valet

Auburn Trails Alliance is offering a FREE bike valet service.

As part of our mission to help make Auburn more bike friendly, Auburn Trail Alliance is happy to provide safe and convenient valet bicycle parking for Auburn’s community events, at no cost to the bicyclists.

Town to Trail Work

The primary objective of ATA is to help Auburn, CA embrace its identity as a vibrant trail town and premier biking destination. ATA will accomplish this by working with government entities through grassroots efforts to establish better trail and bike infrastructure, town-to-trail connectivity, and pedestrian routes in and around town that can promote safe, fun, and active transportation for all users.
